Cheynmusic is the independent movement behind one of the most anticipated artists of 2008: Chey.N. This dynamic 21 year old singer/dancer/spitter/songwriter is the entire package, not only is her style unique and fresh but with dance experience of over 15 years, her performance set is electric! Her debut compilation "Cheeky Pop Vol 1" Is set for release October 31st 2007 and has already garned the interest of press (thatshiphop.com, WWS Magazine, Def Pen.com, Videocity, Def Pen Radio, most recently) industry heavy weights (Kwame, Baby Paul (of the beatminerz) Ryan Leslie/Next Selection, Fly Society to name a few) and a steady growing fan base that extends beyond the shores of the US, well into Europe and the Uk . In just four short months since launching her first new project in 5 years, Chey.n has garnered 50,000 plays, 20,000 of which were in support of her first single from "Cheeky Pop", this is virtually unheard of for an unknown artist who came into myspace sans a fan base, a deal, or other prior efforts such as modeling, as many of the other successful female artists on myspace have.
