An 18-month old child was found dead, tangled in a window blind cord here Saturday morning.
The father called police just after 8:15 a.m. and said the child was not breathing, according to Goshen police.
Officers arrived at the home in the Green Acres Mobile Home Park on Meadowcrest Lane and found the baby.
He was in his crib, which was next to the window, and was tangled in the blind cord.
The death appears to be accidental, police said. It remains under investigation.
